Return & Refund Policy
At PopDen, we take pride in offering handcrafted stress-relief products including hand-poke balls, silicone squeeze toys, and 3D-printed items. Please read our return policy carefully before placing an order.
Custom Orders & Live-Stream Deposits For items purchased through our live-stream sessions or custom orders, a $30 USD deposit is required to secure your order. This deposit will be fully applied toward your final purchase balance. However, please note that all deposits are non-refundable if the order is canceled due to reasons on the customer's end before the final payment is made.
Shipped Orders Due to the nature of international cross-border shipping and its associated costs, we do not accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been shipped. All shipped sales are final.
Damaged Items Upon Arrival We understand that items may occasionally arrive damaged during transit. If your item arrives damaged, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund under the following conditions:
• You must provide clear photos or a video showing the damage upon first opening the package. An unboxing video is highly recommended to expedite your claim.
• The claim must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery to hello@popdenshop.com with your order number and the photo/video evidence attached.
• We reserve the right to offer either a replacement item or a full refund at our discretion.
Lost or Delayed Packages Once a package is handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays or lost packages. If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please contact your local carrier directly to file a claim.
Product Nature & Wear Please note that our products — including handcrafted balls, silicone squeeze toys, and 3D-printed items — are consumable goods. Their lifespan varies depending on individual usage frequency and the force applied. Normal wear and tear, or damage caused by improper use, is not covered under our return or refund policy.
